Welcome to Nbility. This guide is for people who are new to API keys, command-line tools, and AI coding tools. Follow the steps in order to register, sign in, create a token, and add balance before configuring the tools you use.
Step 1: Register an Account
Open the Nbility registration page.
If this is your first time using Nbility, follow the page prompts to finish registration. After registration, you will have an Nbility account that can sign in to the console.

Step 2: Sign In to the Console
After registration, go to the Nbility sign-in page and sign in with the account you just created.
Once signed in, you will land on the console home page. Token management and top-ups are handled in the console.

Step 3: Create an API Token
Open the console tokens page, then click create token.
Pay attention to these fields:
Name: use a name you can recognize, such ascodex-personal-laptop.Group: choose by tool or model family.Remark: optional.
If you plan to use these tools, start with these groups:
Claude Code: preferclaudeorclaude-mixCodex: choosecodexCursor: choose based on the model group you want to use
After the token is created, copy the generated API key. It usually starts with
sk-. The full key is only shown once when it is created, so save it promptly.

Step 4: Add Balance
Open the console top-up page, choose an amount, and complete payment.
If you are not sure how much to add, start with a small amount. Verify that your tool configuration works first, then add more later. This is easier for new users and helps control cost.

How Pricing Works
Nbility uses group multipliers so you can manage cost by model family.
A simple way to estimate cost is:
official USD price x group multiplier / 7 ~= CNY price
Common group examples:
| Multiplier | Approx. official USD value per 1 CNY | Example group |
|---|---|---|
| 0.2x | $5.00 | codex (GPT series) |
| 0.8x | $1.25 | claude (Claude series) |
| 1.5x | $0.67 | gemini (Gemini series) |
A lower multiplier usually means the same CNY balance covers more official
list-price usage. If you mainly use Codex as a beginner, starting with the
codex group is usually the most direct option.
What You Have After This
After these 4 steps, you have:
- An Nbility account you can sign in with
- Available account balance
- At least one API token
- The basic information needed to configure Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other tools
